Created in collaboration with South Africa's first MasterChef, Deena Naidoo, Fry's Spicy Sausages bring together a robust blend of aromatic spices in a satisfying plant-based sausage. Full of flavour without being overwhelmingly hot, they're equally delicious enjoyed on their own, added to curries and stir-fries, or served as part of a hearty meal.

How to Enjoy

Defrost before cooking and remove from packaging.

Frying Pan: Fry in medium-heated oil for 6–8 minutes, turning frequently until browned.

Air-Fryer: Cook at 180°C for 8–10 minutes.

BBQ/Grill: Cook over medium heat or hot coals for 6–8 minutes, turning frequently. Baste during cooking if desired.

Enjoy on their own as a snack, served with fries and dipping sauces, or alongside rice, vegetables and salads.

They also work well sliced into curries, stir-fries, noodle dishes, fried rice and savoury porridges, where their aromatic spice blend adds extra flavour and texture.
