Description
This traditional kimchi is handcrafted in small batches using napa cabbage, fresh vegetables and aromatic spices. Natural fermentation develops its bold, tangy and slightly spicy character while creating vibrant living cultures.
Crisp, complex and deeply savoury, kimchi adds bright fermented flavour to rice dishes, noodles, sandwiches or as a simple side.
Made entirely from plant ingredients and fermented slowly to allow its full flavour to develop.

Napa cabbage, carrots, daikon radish, onion, garlic, ginger, chilli, salt
Storage
Keep refrigerated.
Fermentation continues slowly under refrigeration, allowing the flavour to deepen over time.
