Description
This naturally fermented ginger beer is crafted with fresh ginger and traditional fermentation methods. During fermentation, natural carbonation develops slowly, creating lively bubbles and a vibrant ginger character.

Bright, refreshing and gently spicy, the flavour is balanced with a touch of lemon for a clean citrus finish.

Unlike commercial ginger beers, this drink is never force-carbonated. Its sparkle comes purely from real fermentation.
