Ingredients: Chickpeas, onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, chilli, coriander, turmeric, cumin, salt, vegetable seasoning, dry mango powder, garam masala, brown sugar, coriander leaves, vegetable oil (palm).
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C.
Heating instructions:
- Cut the pouch. Allow the contents to thaw for 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature, then re-heat using any of the methods below.
- Best served with chapati, vegan naan or rice.
- Microwave: Transfer the contents to a microwave-safe dish. Add ¼ cup water and microwave on ‘high’ for 1 minute.
- Stove-top: Transfer the contents to a pan. Add ¼ cup water and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes while stirring occasionally.
- Air fryer or Oven: Transfer the contents to an oven-safe dish. Add ¼ cup water and heat at 160 ℃ for 2-3 minutes.
