How to Enjoy

Preheat your oven to 220°C and bake from frozen for 9–11 minutes, or until the crust is crisp and the vegan cheeze is golden and bubbling.

For an air fryer, cook from frozen at 180°C for 8–10 minutes.

Ingredients: All-purpose flour, vital wheat gluten, yeast, sugar, vegetable oil, salt, soy milk, nutritional yeast, tapioca flour, shimeji mushrooms, garlic cloves, black salt (kala namak), chilli flakes, curry leaves.
