How to Enjoy

Preheat your oven to 220°C and bake from frozen for 9–11 minutes, or until the crust is crisp and the vegan cheeze is golden and bubbling.

For an air fryer, cook from frozen at 180°C for 8–10 minutes.

Ingredients: All-purpose flour, vital wheat gluten, yeast, sugar, oil, salt, soy milk, nutritional yeast, tapioca flour, king oyster mushrooms, coconut milk, kerisik, dried red chillies, garlic, onion, serai, kaffir lime leaves, ground coriander, cinnamon, cilantro.
