Description

What Are Soya Chunks?

Soya chunks—also known as soy nuggets—are made from defatted soy flour, a byproduct of extracting soybean oil. They are highly valued for their impressive protein content, which can rival or even exceed that of meat, eggs, or milk.

How to Use:

Soya chunks are dry and firm in their original form. To cook, simply soak them in hot water until they become soft and spongy. Once rehydrated, they’re perfect for curries, stews, soups, stir-fries and other savoury dishes. They make an excellent meat substitute in both texture and nutrition.
