On World Oceans Day, OmniFoods unveiled the lifesaving line of OmniSeafood Series. This newer protein range is a dedication to creating a sustainable ecosystem that respects both the animals and the Earth.
Ingredients: water, protein blend (soy protein concentrate, pea protein, rice protein), canola oil, wheat flour, potato starch, thickener (methyl cellulose), salt, flavours, cane sugar, corn starch, yeast, raising agents (disodium phosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, monocalcium orthophosphate), yeast extract, shiitake mushroom powder, oats.
Allergens: Contains soybeans and cereals containing gluten.
Storage: Keep frozen.
Cooking options: No thawing. Cook from frozen.
- Deep-fry in pre-heated oil at 180°C for 4-5 minutes.
- Air-fry at 190°C for 10-12 minutes.
- Bake in pre-heated oven at 220°C and flip halfway through for 15-18 minutes.
