Cooking instructions: 

Cook from Frozen. Remove from packaging 

FRYING PAN: Fry in a little oil on medium heat for 8 – 10 minutes, turning once. THESE ARE GUIDES ONLY.

You can also use an air fryer for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
