Description

Made from Rosella soft wheat with a protein level of 8% . Produced by stone-milling, the bran and germ has been shieved off. No additives.

Lower protein level and lower GLUTEN content. Has a creamy color and is more flavorsome than most commercially available white flours. Ideal for cake, biscuit and pastry making in commercial bakery and also for home cooking needs too. Certified Organic by ACO and recertified Organic by BioGro (NZ).
