How to Enjoy

Stir-Fry: Add vegetable oil and sauté thawed mince for 4–5 minutes until browned and fragrant.

Steam: Cover and steam for 6–8 minutes until fully heated through. Cook until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 74°C.

Serving Ideas: Use in dumplings, siew mai, mapo tofu-style dishes, fried rice, pasta sauces, lettuce wraps, noodle bowls, stuffed tofu, congee toppings, or savoury porridge dishes. Also delicious in burgers, meatballs, or homemade spring rolls.
Ingredients: Water, Protein Blend (Soy Protein Concentrate, Soy Protein Isolate, Shiitake Fermented Pea & Rice Protein), Thickeners (Methylcellulose, Maltodextrin), Yeast Extract, Potato Starch, Cane Sugar, Salt, Natural Flavour (Contains Canola and Sunflower Oil), Barley Malt Extract, Colour (Beet Red), Dextrose.
Allergens: Contains gluten and soy.
Storage: Keep frozen (-18°C). Refreezing is not recommended.
Thawing Method: Place in refrigerator for approximately 8 hours or immerse sealed package in cold water until thawed. Cook within 48 hours and keep refrigerated after thawing.
