Description

Tantalizingly delicious sweet potato fritter balls with a spicy coconut floss filing. Despite its name, Cucur Badak involves no rhinos.

10 frozen pieces inside

Ingredients:

Outer layer: Sweet potatoes, all-purpose flour, salt.

Filling: Coconut, dry chillies, fennel, garlic, onions, lemongrass, salt, brown sugar, turmeric.

Allergens: Contains wheat. Check ingredients list for rare spice allergies.

Cooking Instructions

Cook in an air fryer. Pre-heat fryer to 180℃ for 10 mins. Place snack in fryer for 10 minutes. Turn over and cook for another 5 minutes

OR Bake in an oven. Pre-heat oven to 160℃ for 10 mins. Place snack in oven for 10-15 minutes

OR Deep fry. Heat up oil in a pan at moderate heat and deep-fry the snacks for 4-5 minutes.
