Ingredients: Shiitake mushrooms, coconut milk, onion, lemongrass, dried chillies, garlic, ginger, turmeric, toasted coconut, spices, turmeric leaves, pink Himalayan salt, palm sugar.
Shelf life: If unopened, you can keep it at room temperature for 1 year.
Heating instructions:
Microwave: DO NOT microwave the pouch! Pour rendang from the pouch into a bowl and heat it up for 30 to 60 seconds.
Stove top: Pour rendang onto a pan and heat for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring to prevent burns.
Storage instructions: Once opened but not finished, you can store the rest of the rendang in the fridge for 2 to 3 days OR in the freezer for 1 month.
