Highly aromatic soya fillets – firm to the bite, coloured with natural cocoa powder and authentically adapted to the taste of beef. Great in all sorts of vegetable dishes, fried with horseradish or other dips, prepared as marinated pot roast, as shashlik on skewers and also on bun and baguette with some hearty BBQ sauce, mustard or ketchup. Tip: Process the fillets in the meatgrinder to get a great alternative to "minced beef"!
Preparation: Cook in salted water or vegetable stock for 8 to 10 minutes, squeeze a little and then process just like animal meat. After soaking/cooking, the product will make 2-3x the basic weight.
