Soya Big Steaks are an extruded soya product, also called soya meat.
Big Steaks are absolutely premium quality. Thanks to their state-of-the-art production technology, they have a uniquely large size, are very much crunchier, much more economical and, most importantly, have an absolutely superb taste. Soybeans are ground and squeezed in a purely mechanical process with several squeezing cycles until they only contain just under 5% fat. The degreased soya flour is then extruded in an extruder to achieve its meatlike shape and consistency (= "popped up", similar to the production of cornflakes)..

INGREDIENTS: Soya flour defatted.
ALLERGY ADVICE: Contains soya. May contain traces of gluten, peanuts, other nuts and milk.
PLEASE NOTE: Dust max. 12%.
PREPERATION: Cook for approx. 15 - 20 minutes in vegetable stock until the desired consistency is reached, pour off water and squeeze out with your hands, then process as meat. Makes 2-3x of base weight after cooking.
