These ready-to-cook satays are so easy to prepare.

Ingredients: Hericium mushrooms marinated with Pinxin's Mala Chilli, white pepper, peppercorn, chilli, ginger and bay leaves.

Satay sauce inside. 

Preparation:

1. Defrost for about 15 minutes.

2. Air-fry or bake them at 200°C for 6 minutes. 

3. Enjoy your satay sticks with peanut sauce and fresh cucumbers!
