Description

Ingredient: Cauliflower (frozen).

Cooking directions:

  • Microwave
  1. Place one cup of frozen CAULIFLOWER into a microwave-safe dish.
  2. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes stirring once halfway through cooking.
  3. Season to taste.

NOTE: Microwave instructions are based on a 1000W oven. Please adjust accordingly.

  • Stove Top
  1. Place one cup of frozen CAULIFLOWER into a saucepan of boiling water.
  2. Return to boil and continue to cook for 5-6 minutes or until tender.
  3. Drain; season to taste.

For best results, microwave cooking is recommended.
