A traditional Malay fritters consisting of a thin, crispy outer layer with a green mung lentil filling. This deep-fried snack is very delicious and is usually served at teatime.

Ingredients: Coconut, Green Mung Dal, Coconut Palm Sugar, Brown Sugar, Salt, All-purpose Flour
Cooking Instructions
Cook in an air fryer. Pre-heat fryer to 180℃ for 10 mins. Place snack in fryer for 10 minutes. Turn over and cook for another 5 minutes
OR Bake in an oven. Pre-heat oven to 160℃ for 10 mins. Place snack in oven for 10-15 minutes
OR Deep fry. Heat up oil in a pan at moderate heat and deep-fry the snacks for 4-5 minutes.
