A traditional Malay cake that has a sticky outer layer made of glutinous rice rolled in sesame seeds and then deep-fried. This version has a sweet green mung lentil filling.

Outer Layer: Glutinous Rice Flour, Sesame seeds, Brown Sugar, Salt
Filling: Green Mung Dal, Coconut Palm Sugar, Brown Sugar, Salt, Coconut, Pandan Leaves, All-purpose Flour
Cook in an air fryer. Pre-heat fryer to 180℃ for 10 mins. Place snack in fryer for 10 minutes. Turn over and cook for another 5 minutes
OR Bake in an oven. Pre-heat oven to 160℃ for 10 mins. Place snack in oven for 10-15 minutes
OR Deep fry. Heat up oil in a pan at moderate heat and deep-fry the snacks for 4-5 minutes.
