This refreshing non-alcoholic bubbles is made with early harvest Chardonnay grapes and has a fruity nose, a middle palate, and finishes with a lovely citrusy tang. It’s light in colour with a delightful bead of sparkle that will have your tastebuds dancing.
It’s best enjoyed super chilled, served in a champagne flute. Maggie’s tip is to pop it in the freezer 20-30 minutes before opening. Maggie also prefers to serve half glasses to maintain its chill and complexity of flavour.
It’s ideally enjoyed on its own, or as a refreshing spritzer served in a tall glass with ice half full with Sparkling Chardonnay, topped up with soda water, and garnished with a sprig of mint.
Mocktails become magical with this delicious addition! Add a little splash of orange blossom water and a slice of fresh pear to make a gorgeous drink. If you have something with a little more kick in mind, add a cheeky dash of gin for a refreshing sundowner!
