Lucia's tomato-based products are only made seasonally over the summer months when the Aussie tomatoes are at their best. Aussie's southern climate is perfect for producing sweet flavour filled tomatoes.

This passata will add depth and flavour to any tomato-based dish. Using locally produced South Australian roma tomatoes, it’s made by following an old Italian family recipe – slow-cooked to ensure every bottle is of the highest quality, with all natural ingredients and no preservatives or additives.
