Ingredients: Vegetable Protein (20%) (Wheat (Gluten), Soya), Onions(5%), Vegetable Oil (Sunflower Seed), Dijon Mustard(2%), Corn Flour, Flavourings (Coriander, Sugar, Salt, Savoury Flavour, Garlic, White Pepper, Nutmeg, Ginger), Thickener (Methylcellulose), Smoke Flavour, Beetroot, Plant Fibre (Bamboo), Paprika, Cilantro, Black Pepper, Parsley, Turmeric, Colourant: Caramel IV (E150d), Calcium Alginate Casing.

REMOVE FROM PACKAGING.
Frying Pan: COOK FROM FROZEN. Heat 15ml of oil on high in a non-stick pan. Add the Boerie and reduce to medium heat. Fry for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
Air-fryer: Place in the air-fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 180°C.
BBQ/BRAAI: DEFROST BEFORE COOKING. Prepare your fire and when at low heat, place the Boerie on the grill, turning every 2-3 minutes for approximately 10 to 12 minutes.
