It’s best enjoyed super chilled. Maggie suggests popping it in the freezer 20 minutes before opening. The chilling down of the Sparkling Ruby Cabernet will allow for the complexity of flavour to be maintained.
Sparkling Ruby Cabernet makes a delicious ‘adult’ ice block or a wonderfully fresh granita. To jazz things up add a splash of gin!
