Ingredients: Enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, yeast, wheat gluten, sugar, contains 2% or less of: salt, molasses, mono- and diglycerides, ammonium chloride, calcium sulfate, guar gum, corn syrup solids, soybean oil, xanthan gum, citric acid, cellulose gum, ascorbic acid, preservatives (calcium propionate, potassium sorbate).
Storage and Use:
- Unopened packages of Toufayan Bagels can be stored in the freezer for up to 8 months.
- Thaw frozen packages at room temperature for 2-3 hours.
- Once defrosted, your bagels are ready to eat and have a shelf life of 18 days.
