Ingredients: Water, pea protein*, expeller-pressed canola oil, refined coconut oil, rice protein, natural flavours, dried yeast, cocoa butter, methylcellulose, contains 1% or less: potato starch, salt, potassium chloride, beet powder colour, apple extract, pomegranate concentrate, sunflower lecithin, vinegar, lemon juice concentrate, vitamins and minerals (zinc sulfate, niacinamide [vitamin B3], pyridoxine hydrochloride [vitamin B6], cyanocobalamin [vitamin B12], calcium pantothenate).
*Peas are legumes. People with severe allergies to legumes like peanuts should be cautious when introducing pea protein into their diet because of the possibility of a pea allergy. Contains no peanuts or tree nuts.

Storage & Prep
Cook from thawed, use within 3 days of opening. If purchased frozen, thaw in the fridge and use within 10 days. Re-freezing is not recommended. If kept frozen, use by date printed on the pack.
Tacos, pasta sauce & chili
Heat the non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add Beyond Beef. Cook about 5-8 minutes, breaking up to desired crumble size and stirring frequently. If adding sauce, simmer for up to 30 minutes.
Meatballs
Mix dry and wet ingredients per your favourite recipe. Pan-sear, then add it to the sauce. Simmer for 30 minutes, up to 2 hours. Cook time may vary depending on equipment, always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
Burgers
Heat the non-stick pan or grill to medium-high heat. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for a 4oz patty.
NOT RECOMMENDED
Microwaving, boiling or deep frying.
Do not consume raw.
