This 63% blend was created in celebration of Malaysia's 63th birthday in 2020 as a limited release. We finally decided to release it as a regular selection.
This recipe was created by our founder Wilfred Ng by combining Sungai Ruan and Panchor cacao beans with a dedicated roasting profile, producing a flavor profile of moderate acidity, a milky middle note & a very surprising gingery note! It's a must-try!
